Le Club Terms & Conditions

Membership Eligibility: Membership to "Le Club" offered by La Conciergerie d'Aix ("the Company") is available to individuals aged 18 and above who agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Membership is linked to one individual and cannot be shared or transferred.

Membership Fees: By enrolling in "Le Club," members agree to pay an annual membership fee of 600 euros. Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. The fee only covers adherence to "Le Club"; any reservations and other events facilitated through the club may incur additional fees.

Membership Benefits: Members of "Le Club" are entitled to exclusive benefits including but not limited to:

• Discounted luxury hotel prices.
• Tailor-made hotel packages.
• VIP experiences.
• Invitations to member-only events.
• Access to a vibrant community of like-minded luxury travelers.
• A physical membership card.
• Contact details for a dedicated member of the concierge team for personalized assistance.

Booking and Reservation: All bookings and reservations made through "Le Club" are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the respective hotel, airline, or service provider. The Company does not guarantee the availability of any particular service or amenity.

Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation policies vary depending on the service or reservation. Members are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the cancellation policies of each booking. The Company is not liable for any fees or penalties incurred due to cancellations.

Member Responsibility: Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their membership details and ensuring that they are not shared or disclosed to unauthorized individuals. Members are also responsible for any activities conducted using their membership account.

Code of Conduct: Members agree to conduct themselves in a manner that upholds the reputation and integrity of "Le Club" and the Company. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or in violation of these terms and conditions may result in the suspension or termination of membership.

Amendment and Termination: The Company reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Members will be notified of any changes via email or through the Company's website. The Company also reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms and conditions.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising out of or relating to membership in "Le Club" shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
